1. Who We Are

Bredgio is a social-media automation service that helps marketing teams schedule and execute social tasks through their own already-logged-in browser sessions. The service is operated by Lucy Liu. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data We Collect

Account information

• Email address (used for sign-in)
• Display name
• Password (stored as a bcrypt hash; we never see the plain text)
• Subscription plan

Agent metadata

• Agent name and enabled platforms
• Agent token (used by the extension to authenticate)
• Connection status (online/offline)
• Extension version, browser user-agent, IP address — recorded on every heartbeat for debugging connection issues

Task and schedule data

• Post content you submit for scheduling
• Target user URL or post URL for outreach tasks
• Scheduled times
• Execution results (success / failed / skipped + error messages)

Cookies

• bredgio_session — JWT session cookie required to keep you signed in
• locale — remembers your preferred interface language

3. What We Don't Collect

• Your social-platform passwords. The extension uses your existing browser login session — we never see your Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / etc. credentials.
• Your general browsing history. The extension only acts on the social-platform pages your scheduled tasks specify.
• Conversations or posts unrelated to a task you scheduled.

4. How We Use the Data

• To run the scheduling and task-execution features you signed up for.
• To debug failures — heartbeat IP / user-agent / version helps us trace which extension versions are having issues.
• When you use "smart post / smart comment", we send the topic and instructions you provide to MiniMax AI for content generation.

5. Third Parties

We only share data with the providers below, and only the minimum needed:

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train our own AI models (beyond fulfilling the immediate MiniMax request when you ask for it).

6. Where Data Is Stored

Servers in Tokyo, Japan (AWS ap-northeast-1). Traffic may transit Cloudflare's global edge network when you access the dashboard.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data via the dashboard (Agents, Schedule, Logs pages).
• Delete your account by contacting [email protected] — this removes all related records.
• Export outreach logs as CSV from the Logs page.
• Request a full data export by contacting the email above.

Users in the EEA (GDPR) or California (CCPA) have the same rights as above, and may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

8. Minors

Bredgio is intended for marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to the address on your account. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
